All solutions
Cloud when it helps, not by default
On-premise, cloud, or hybrid - chosen for your constraints, not our preference.
Why this exists
A shop floor has requirements a datacentre brochure does not answer. A line that stops when the connection drops is not a line. Data that cannot legally leave the country cannot be processed in another one. Cloud is often the right answer and often not, and which it is depends on constraints nobody can know before looking properly.
The work
What we do
- Establish the real constraints first - latency, data residency, connectivity, cost
- Put the parts that must survive a network outage where they will survive one
- Stop hybrid becoming two systems, by running one delivery model across both
- Keep the decision revisitable rather than baked in
Deliverables
What you get
- A deployment that matches how your operation actually runs
- One way of building and shipping, wherever the workload sits
- The ability to move workloads later without starting again
Edges
Where it stops
What we don't touch
Nothing gets locked to a vendor in a way that can't be undone. Where we can build portably, we do.
Done when
this one is settled during discovery - it shapes the other solutions rather than being bought on its own.
Next step
Start with discovery.
Whether this is the right piece of work is exactly what discovery answers.
